Privacy Policy

1. Information and purposes

Videos, thumbnails, filenames, photo-library identifiers and capture locations stay on your device. Other information processed when you use the service is listed below.

2. Collection and your choices

Manage photo permission in device settings. Local processing and purchase verification/restoration operate as needed for the service. RevenueCat checks access at app start, including before purchase.

Usage analytics and error diagnostics are off by default. Turning on optional usage and error sharing in Settings enables the transfers to PostHog and Sentry described below. Leaving it off does not affect paid access.

Turning sharing off stops new transfers; pre-consent activity is not sent. Section 6 explains withdrawal and deletion of existing data.

3. Processors and international transfers

Purchase processing relies on overseas processing/storage needed to perform the service contract; optional analytics and diagnostics rely on separate consent. Listed data is transferred over encrypted connections during the relevant activity. Videos are not transferred.

4. Third parties and refusing international processing

We do not sell personal information. Apple and Google handle store accounts and payments under their own policies. Other disclosures require consent or a legal basis.

You may refuse optional transfers. Refusing transfers needed for purchases may limit verification/restoration. Contact us by phone or post if you do not want support email processed overseas.

5. Retention and deletion

We delete data without delay when its purpose or retention period ends or consent is validly withdrawn, except for legally required records. We request provider deletion; backups awaiting deletion are restricted from use. Electronic records are irrecoverably deleted and paper records shredded.

6. Your rights

You or your legal representative may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or consent withdrawal through app support, email, phone or post.

We act without delay after minimal identity checks and explain any legal restrictions. Manage local data in app/device settings.

Where consent is required to process a minor’s personal information, the applicable legal representative consent requirements apply.

7. Automatic collection and safeguards

Cloudflare Web Analytics collects website traffic/performance statistics without analytics cookies or fingerprinting. We do not link them to app installation/purchase IDs. Connection IPs may be processed separately for delivery and security.

The app does not use advertising IDs, cross-app advertising tracking, screen recording or session replay. Safeguards include encrypted connections, access restrictions, analytics/error data filtering and processor oversight.

9. Changes

Changes and their effective date are announced in the app or website. Material changes follow applicable notice and consent requirements.
